ADHD Life Coaching
The ADHD Life Coaching Program
In Canada ADHD coaching is a relatively new but growing field that offers a unique and individualized approach to helping ADHDers thrive. While there is no one-size-fits-all solution, ADHD coaching can provide the structure, support, and accountability many ADHDers need to reach their full potential.
If you are ADHD, the source of many of your challenges could stem from untreated or poorly managed ADHD behaviors, rather than a personal shortcoming. When we understand our unique brain wiring and how to work in harmony with it, the challenges involved in daily tasks will likely decrease.
What Is ADHD Life Coaching?
ADHD life coaching is a type of coaching that is specifically tailored to meet the individual needs of ADHDers. I specialize in working with people who have neurotype ADHD and understand the unique challenges and obstacles that may confront them. I understand the biological underpinnings of the neurotype ADHD. I use this knowledge to help you set and achieve goals, overcome challenges, and make lasting changes in your life.
Why Would I Need an ADHD Life Coach?
If you struggle to manage certain ADHD behaviors, you might benefit from working with an ADHD coach like myself. Many ADHD people find it difficult to follow through on commitments or make lasting changes. An ADHD coach can help you overcome these challenges and reach your goals.

Working with an ADHD Life Coach
Our understanding of the neurotype ADHD continues to grow and change. And despite the copious amount of information out there on ADHD neurotype, it still tends to be poorly understood by the general population and even healthcare professionals, and educators. Unfortunately, over the years this lack of understanding has led to misdiagnosis, overdiagnosis, underdiagnosis, blaming, and shaming of the ADHD person. It has also set many up for failure and mental health issues.
Not every ADHDer will struggle with the same challenges, or issues, and some more than others. Many will need medication to help manage some of the more challenging behaviors associated with ADHD. However, medication alone will not bring about successful long-term management for most individuals. There are several components to consider in the management of ADHD behaviors getting in the way. Coaches can assist the client to identify and address those components and develop new and different ways of managing these behaviors.
I’m committed and passionate about helping my clients become the best advocates for themselves and those they love. Let’s work together to improve your quality of life and help you reach your potential.
